David Weingot

Founder and CEO

A property management and federal contracting veteran,  David founded DMAC Security LLC. in 2016 to bridge his unique blend of security experience and natural ability as a connector.

As owner and operator, he has expanded  DMAC as a regional provider serving the Maryland, D.C. and Virginia market, to also include New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina and Georgia, with his expansion efforts now extending to the entire East Coast.  He also has fostered a  nationwide partner network  to satisfy the needs of clients.

Focused on DMAC’s long-term growth and strategic acquisitions, David is committed to nurturing a new kind of responsive security company with both national reach and a commitment to personalized client attention.

Prior to founding DMAC Security, David spent five years as a regional manager for a federal security and protective services contractor, where he managed the security contracts for large commercial/industrial clients, college campuses, and government facilities, including the National Aeronautics & Space Administration’s (NASA’s) Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.
David also co-founded Vision Detection Systems, a disruptor in the mobile security solutions arena, in 2022, and today, he leverages the company’s mobile surveillance trailers as part of DMAC’s suite of technology solutions.
He is a member of ASIS International, Maryland Investigators & Security Association (MISA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NIFA).

Lauren Tudor

Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth and Chief of Staff to CEO

Lauren Tudor is a dynamic and visionary executive with a 20-year record of performance and success within the contract security industry. In her role as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff for DMAC Security, Lauren oversees day-to-day operations, streamlines processes, and aligns strategies with organizational goals to drive efficiency and growth. Her primary focus is to ensure that the company’s operations are closely aligned with customer needs, expectations and preferences. Widely known for her inclusive and approachable leadership style and encouraging communication and collaboration within her teams, Lauren leads by example and is committed to fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining DMAC Security, Lauren served as EVP of Sales and Marketing for one of the nation’s largest privately-held contract security firms, where she played a pivotal role in defining the company’s market positioning and achieving record-breaking sales growth. With a keen eye for operational efficiency and systems, Lauren streamlined and implemented standard operating procedures that allowed the company to grow from 800 – 6,000 employees while maintaining exceptional quality standards.


With her extensive background in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth within the contract security industry, the appointment of Lauren Tudor as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff is a strategic move that positions DMAC Security for sustained growth and continued success. Her steadfast commitment to empowering teams and enhancing customer experiences makes her a truly valuable asset to the organization’s executive leadership.

Dennis O’Connor

Director, National Training and Professional Development

Dennis O’Connor, a 25-year law enforcement veteran, brings a wealth of expertise across special weapons and tactics and training to his role as DMAC Security’s Director of National Training and Professional Development. Dennis trains all DMAC Security uniformed officers, including active threat and firearms training to school and bank officers. He also mentors and provides leadership training to field and site supervisors.

Dennis served six years in the U.S. Army, based at the Aberdeen and Yuma Proving Grounds before deploying to Germany to serve as the protection detail for General James R. Allen, then-deputy commander and chief of the albred forces in Europe.

Following his Military service, Dennis returned to his home state of Delaware where he joined the Wilmington Department of Pobrce Canines. During his tenure with the department, Dennis served in the patrol and mounted divisions, as well as the Drug, Vice and Organized Crime Division, Office of Special Operations, Special Weapons and Tactics, and Community Pobrcing Division.

While assigned to the Office of Special Operations and Special Weapons and Tactics, he first became involved in leadership training by implementing the department’s first canine unit — supervising and training pobrce canines for the patrol, drugs, explosives and SWAT units.
Dennis also was Director of Training for the Government Training Institute for over 13 years, where he served as a tactical and firearms instructor to law enforcement and the Military. He has continued that training focus at DMAC, and holds certifications in the following areas:- Canine Trainer (Patrol, Bomb and Drugs)
– NRA Shotgun Instructor
– NRA Pistol Instructor
– State of Maryland Pistol Instructor
– Instructor in handcuff, baton and chemical spray
– Physical fitness instructor (International Sports Science Association)
– Certified Pobrce Instructor

Dennis also teaches advanced SWAT, Basic Swat, Active Shooter, Rescue Task force, Officer Rescue, Officer Survival and Maritime Operations. Dennis was a finalist for the 2022 Outstanding Security Training Initiative Award as part of ASIS International’s GSX conference.

Larry McGurrin

Director, Business Development & Account Management

Larry McGurrin brings his extensive experience in both federal law enforcement and private sector account management to DMAC as the firm’s Director of business development and account management. Larry oversees client solutions and relations and contract performance across all segments of DMAC’s client base, ensuring smooth transitions and a positive experience from start to finish.

He joined DMAC following an 18-year federal government security career, where he served in diverse units focused on behavioral analysis, explosives detection and neutralization, and federal officer and agent training. 

Robert Sharpe

Robert Sharpe is a Security Management professional of 20+ years. Sharpe has built his career on his management style of analytics and relationships. He has spent the last 14 years growing his career in private security rising through the ranks from a frontline officer to managing regional teams as well as national enterprise accounts. His knowledge of the industry from all vantage points gives him the ability to work a full team mentality where internal and external customers can work together towards a common goal. Sharpe’s security career began in the Baltimore region holding positions of Facility Training Manager for Constellation Energy, Field Manager for Bank of America, District Manager for both MD and the Pittsburgh markets, Director of Operations for MD/DE/PA and his most recent position of VP of Security Operations for the General Motors contract. Prior to his career in security he served as a Master Deputy for 8 years with the Portsmouth Sheriff’s Office in his hometown of Portsmouth, VA
